Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the TR456 website accessible at tr456.my and all associated sub-domains.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with TR456.
• "Games" covers all online gambling products offered, including slots, live casino, video poker, table games, and more.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash amount available in a member's account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, free spins, or promotional credits awarded by TR456 to its members.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the TR456 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Malaysia.
• Never been banned from any gambling platform operated by the same group.
• Register one account only — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process.

TR456 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a MyKad or passport) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each registration must be linked to an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. This information will be used for two-factor authentication (2FA) to secure your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

TR456 offers a wide range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 and a maximum of RM20,000 per day. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the selected payment method. TR456 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending KYC (Know Your Customer) verification where necessary.

• Deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Any fraudulent transaction attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• TR456 does not bear any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

TR456 offers a variety of bonuses for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to its own wagering requirements, as specified in the respective promotion's terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Typically carries a wagering requirement of 20x–35x the bonus value before withdrawals are permitted.
• Daily Top-Up Bonus: Available to active members with a minimum daily deposit of RM50.
• Weekly Cashback: Members are eligible to receive cashback based on net weekly losses, subject to minimum wagering requirements.
• Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, matched betting in violation of our terms, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

Game Rules & Member Conduct

All members are required to comply with the platform's general rules as well as the specific rules of each game. This includes:

• Do not use automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence gameplay.
• Not colluding with other members to manipulate games or engage in collusion in live games such as poker or baccarat.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or glitches in the games is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such exploits will not be paid out.
• Treating other players and support staff with respect in all interactions.

All slot games on TR456, including Jammin Jars, Valley of Gods, Golden Colosseum, and Cash or Bust, use RNG technology certified by independent auditing bodies. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the respective game information.

For table games such as Free Bet Blackjack, Video Poker, and HiLo — the specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. It is the member's responsibility to understand the rules before placing any bets.

Data Privacy & Security

TR456 respects member privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC/AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.
• Processing financial transactions.
• Account-related communications, promotions, and platform updates.
• Improving user experience based on anonymised analytics.

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

TR456 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Service interruptions or downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including ISP issues, power outages, or cyberattacks.
• A player's failure to read and understand the game rules or bonus terms.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.

This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all information, TR456 makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical errors.

Account Closure & Suspension

TR456 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from Malaysian authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the TR456 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable under Malaysian law, that provision shall be removed or minimally modified without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

TR456 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page along with the effective date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
